All monies raised from Advertising will be used to advertise and promote the Working Cocker Pro Health Society and its' aim, to raise awareness of Health Testing in the working variety of the Cocker Spaniel. At the end of the year, if we have excess funds available, members will be balloted, and a charity chosen to receive these.

Your dogs' minimum health requirement is the following:

A Current BVA/KC Eye Certificate

AND/OR

Optigen DNA Tested for prcd - PRA

Your details will be verified before publishing.

If you have a website, you must agree to place our link/banner somewhere on your Home Page..

The Cost:

£25.00 for the first year

This will provide a Membership Number, a Webpage on the Directory, your Stud Dogs will be listed on the Stud Dog Page and you can use all the other services too. You are entitled to advertise as many dogs as you want and any litters you may produce, express your news and views, and we will link back to your own website if you have one. Your details can be updated at any time by emailing Admin at workingcockerprohealth@gmail.com

£15.00 Annual Maintenance

To submit your details..

Please complete the Data Form below. Initially please just submit details for one dog, once these are verified you will be issued with your Membership Number, then you can return to this page again and submit the details of any other dogs. Please note that photos of your dogs will need to be sent by seperate email, quoting your Membership Number. When all your details have been verified you will be sent a confirmation email, you can then go to the Webstore to submit payment.

Payment will be Paypal, electronic banking, or by cheque made payable to Working Cocker Pro Health Society, please state the method you wish to use on your Data Form.
